Promoter

• This promotion is offered by SuperSportBet, licensed to provide online gaming in Zambia.

• By taking part you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“T&Cs”) and our General Terms, Privacy Policy, and Responsible Gaming Policy.

Promotion Period

• Runs every Monday to Friday between 15:00 and 16:00 CAT (Africa/Lusaka) (“Promo Window”), from 1st November 2025 to 31st December 2026.

Eligibility

• Open to verified, real-money customers aged 18+ with a Zambian account registered in their own name.

• One (1) participating account per person, household, device, payment method, and IP address.

• Employees/contractors of the promoter, and anyone connected to the operation of this promotion, are excluded.

Qualifying Game

• Aviator only (game provider: Spribe). Bets on any other product/game do not qualify.

• How it Works (Definition of “Net Loss”)

• During the Promo Window (15:00–16:00 CAT), place real-money bets on Aviator.

• Your Net Loss for the window is:

• Net Loss = Sum of qualifying stakes placed between 15:00–16:00 CAT – Returns/Winnings from those exact stakes.

• Only bets placed during the Promo Window count, even if the round settles after 16:00.

• Cancelled/void/declined bets and any bets placed with bonus funds, free bets, or bet credits are excluded.

Offer

• We will credit 50% of your Net Loss from the Promo Window as cash (“Cashback”), up to ZMW [daily cap] per customer per day.

• Minimum credit: ZMW [min credit] (amounts below this will not be paid).

Payout Timing & Wagering

• Cashback is credited within 24 hours after the Promo Window closes (typically by 16:00 CAT the next day).

• Paid as cash with no wagering requirement. Standard withdrawal/KYC checks apply.

Currencies & Rounding

• All calculations are in ZMW. If your account operates in another currency, amounts are converted at our internal rate at credit time. We may round to the nearest ZMW 0.01.

Limits & Examples

• Daily cap: ZMW [daily cap].

• Example: You stake ZMW 800 on Aviator between 15:00–16:00 and receive returns of ZMW 500 on those stakes. Net Loss = 800 – 500 = ZMW 300 → Cashback @50% = ZMW 150 (credited as cash).

Exclusions & Irregular Play

• We may withhold/withdraw benefits and/or exclude accounts where we detect: multiple accounts, proxy/VPN masking, syndicate play, automated betting, collusion, arbitrage, off-pattern or other promotional abuse.

• Bets settled as Cashout, void, or tie/push do not count towards Net Loss.

• System/latency errors, disconnections, or game malfunctions void affected stakes from this promotion.

Account Status

• Your account must be open, verified, and in good standing at the time of credit. We may delay payment pending verification under our AML/KYC obligations.

Responsible Gaming

Data & Privacy

• We process your data to administer this offer in accordance with our Privacy Policy. This includes calculating eligibility, preventing fraud/abuse, and meeting legal/regulatory obligations.

Disputes

• Our records are final for participation, calculations, and crediting.

• For complaints, contact cs@supersportbetzambia.com. If unresolved, you may escalate in line with applicable Zambian laws and the competent regulator’s process.

Taxes & Charges

• You are responsible for any taxes/withholding or bank fees arising from participation or payouts, where applicable.

Changes & Termination

• We may amend, suspend, or end this promotion if required for security, legal, or operational reasons (e.g., fraud, game/provider outage), provided such change does not materially disadvantage participants who have already qualified.

General

• This offer is personal, non-transferable, and cannot be combined with other Aviator loss-back or cashback offers unless expressly stated.

• This Promotion is only available to individuals aged 18 years and over, with a registered SuperSportBet Zambia account.

• Users who are, or become, self-excluded from SuperSportBet Zambia products or have had restrictions placed on their account during the campaign may not be eligible to participate in this Promotion.

• This offer can only be claimed once per User.
